Teenagers

For Teenagers
The teenage years involve massive changes that often go unacknowledged. Navigating new schools, friendships and exams can be overwhelming. You might feel misunderstood at home or anxious about the future and world events.
Therapy offers a private, non-judgmental space to vent. I won't tell you what to do. Instead, I help you process emotions, navigate social drama and build tools to handle life's challenges.

For your Parents
It is vital that your teen is part of the decision to start therapy. Adolescence is a time of seeking independence, often resulting in conflict or emotional withdrawal. Academic pressure and digital noise can further strain their well-being.
Seeing your child struggle is hard, but seeking help is a strength. I act as a neutral adult to help your teen process their world while giving you strategies to bridge the communication gap.
